Workout for Today

Quick little weight workout. Only took about 30-35 minutes. Considering I was awake until 4 am, then woke back up at 6 and fell asleep at 7 again, I feel ok about the fact that I didn't work out extra hard. Plus a late night Zinger melt and a few drinks left me without much motivation in the way of lifting.

BB floor Press- 135x10- 3 sets, 225x5-3 sets
Lying DB Tricep Extensions- 30lbs x 10- 3 sets
**Back MEGAset** (3 sets)
c1)KB Upright Row- 68 lbs x 10
c2)Chin-Ups- BWx10
c3)BB Row- 135x10
Mixed grip BB shrug- 135x20- 2 sets
KB Row- 68lbsx20- 1 set

Couple in the fact that I'm off to ATT Orlando-Longwood in about 30 mins and you have the recipe for a nice, quick little workout.

Work tonight @ J & M's, UCF is back in session so I expect lots of ladies' night debauchery, but nothing that Tom Lawlor can't handle=*)
