Real quick warm-up (since it was scorching hot outside!) of a barbell complex (shrug-high pull-cuban press for 3 sets of 5 reps)
Floor Press- 60 lbs dumbbells x 10, 80's x 5, 100's x 5 (4 sets)
Chin-Ups- 4 sets of 10@BW
A-Press- 1 x 8@115, 1 x 8@135
BB CG Bench- 3 x 8@185
Front DB raises- 2x8, 1 x8
Preacher Curls- 1x10@45, 1x10@70,1x10@80
DB Row- 1x8@65, 1x8@100, 1x20@100
