New stuff

Alright, I'm wondering if I can actually pull this off....my new idea is to take 10 minutes a night before I go to bed (on weekdays), and 1 time a weekend, to compose my thoughts for the day. Perhaps this will add some much needed organization to the disorganization that is my life, but prob won't as I'll forget about it tomorrow.

Today was pretty mundane. Woke up at 9 (which is the earliest I've woken up without help since I stopped teaching) and sat around waiting for the A/C guy to get here to give an estimate on the broken unit. My unit might as well be broken as well, since it doesn't seem like it will be getting any use anytime soon. About $3600 was the grand total, I'm going to get Balma on the case and see if we can get some lower quotes from other places. Otherwise the price is negotiable.

Some things I want to start doing to improve my quality of life (I'm not going to make New Year's Resolutions because those ALWAYS fail...)

1. Start going to Farmer's Markets for Produce
2. Don't go to any All U Can Eat Buffets (although Sweet Tomatoes is always tempting..)
3. Stay under 10% bodyfat on a consistent basis.
4. Get a 4.0 in my Graduate courses.
5. Take MMA seriously and bust my ass to be the best I can.
6. Beat up Balma at least once.
7. Have at least 1 state champion this year from the UHS wrestlers.
8. Cut down on binge drinking (1 night a week, nothing more please) and it would be nice to cut out all hard liquors besides Uncle Rumple.
9. Start going outdoors and quit sitting at the friggin' computer all day.
10. QUIT PROCRASTINATING!

these things are really pretty minor, my life is going well...not too many complaints except for the fact that I'm having no luck on the lady front.

I really should go to the gym tonight, I say I'm going to go in the morning instead...but c'mon Thomas, let's be realistic...you won't. Although I am having a hell of a time deciding what kind of split to follow consistently. Do I go WS4SB, a FB split?, something from TFW, the Chim-Chim workout....yikes, my mind is cluttered. Hopefully once my Econo-Prowler ships in I won't have these dilemmas where I dread getting dressed and driving to go workout, I can just pack on some weights and run around in the driveway pushing shit.
